Uri always told me not to be afraid of being afraid. Fear should never dictate what you do. It always stuck with me and it's words of wisdom that I try to remember ever day. Uri is the owner of Nelson Cash and I am very grateful for the talent he sees in me and his constant encouragement. When I told him I was leaving NC for Facebook he gave me the same talk about "Fear," and I appreciate his honesty and his visions for me as a designer. Great guy, great laugh, great friend.
